BAR packages

All packages includes the following:

**NOTE** Alcohol is not included. As a dry-hire service, the host provides the alcohol.

  • Satellite bar rental including service fee (1 hour before event, 1 hour breakdown after)(optional “Carl” or “Sigmund” bars)

  • 1 TABC certified Bartender

  • Travel to the event site (up to 50 miles)

  • Up to 4 hours of bartending service

  • Bar supplies including bar tools

  • Custom bar menu sign

  • General and liquor liability insurance

  • Ice and coolers

  • Galvanized beer/wine buckets

  • Consultation

  • Customized shopping list

cocktails package

Per person package includes all items listed above plus the following:

  • Beer, wine, sparkling, and/or seltzer pour service

  • Up to 4 choices of canned beer/seltzer

  • Up to 4 choices of wine/sparkling

  • Up to 3 signature cocktails/mocktails with associated mixers

  • Disposable cups, napkins, straws

  • Water station

  • Ice and coolers

  • Garnishes and rimmer salt/sugar/tajin

  • Galvanized beer/wine buckets

Per person package includes all items listed above plus the following:
